My movement-based practices Yoga, Qi Gong, and Somatic Movement, offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate balance in body and mind. Whether through the dynamic flow of Anusara Yoga, the deep surrender of Yin, the ancient wisdom of Qi Gong, or the gentle rhythms of Pregnancy Yoga, each practice is an invitation to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and explore the connection between stillness and motion. Rooted in tradition yet adapted for modern life, these sessions go beyond physical movement—they are a path to clarity, presence, and well-being.

    Guided by a theme, each session is an offering—a pause from the rush of life, a moment to nourish yourself deeply, and a chance to slow the rhythm of your nervous system. 

  • A gentle and nourishing practice designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. This class blends movement, breath, and meditation to help you build strength, release tension, and cultivate a deep connection with your body and baby.

    Through mindful flows and soothing breathwork, you’ll find space to move with ease, calm the mind, and prepare for birth with confidence and trust. A moment just for you—to slow down, tune in, and embrace the journey. 

  • Discover the ancient art of Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade), a graceful and powerful Qi Gong practice designed to cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony.

    In these sessions, we flow through eight mindful movements, each one thoughtfully designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and enhance the flow of Qi (life force). Deeply rooted in tradition yet accessible to all, this practice offers a moment of stillness and renewal—a space to reconnect with your energy and move with ease.
